April 15, 2004My Pet peeves

I've been inspired by Lauren's blog about pet peeves and decided to create my own.

Completely random order, I just typed as I thought of them.

1. Muffins that stick to the little paper cups
2. Staticy radio stations
3. People who leave their blinker on
4. Censored music. If I'm offended, I just won't listen to it, but I don't want the beeps!
5. The word 'noob'
6. Frozen drinks that come thin as water. I said FROZEN people!
7. Having to wear socks cause my office is too cold
8. My office being cold ALL the time!
9. Couples intials on license plates (Sorry to completely copy that one Lauren, but it's a good one).
10. The use of 'U,' 'B4,' 'Thx,' and all those other 'shortcuts' people love to use
11. People who don't use the turn lanes
12. Small talk.
13. Small talk about the weather
14. That I don't know how to type properly
15. When people open a pack of paper, take half, then leave the still in the paper wrapper. Just take it all!!
16. Pants that shrink up
17. Clothes that can't be dried
18. Skinny people who think they're fat
19. Post Office hours
20. SPAM!!!
21. Those who don't recycle
22. Dandruff
23. Wearing shoes while driving
24. People who don't use the visors in cars, but still complain about sun being in their eyes. Duh!
25. Sucky cell phone reception
26. Having to wear a belt
27. Tapered pants (too close to tight-rolled perhaps?)
28. Crumbs in butter, jelly, etc
29. Staticy hair
30. Sound effects in email & instant message programs

I like those!! I tell you, you've inspired me to about 10 more things that tick me off! I really do need to compile a book or something.

This is a good list too. I dig!

Sorry Paul, that's just a completely personal opinion. I hate to wear shoes when I'm driving. I guess that stems from driving so much in Hawaii in sandals. Well, no sandals, really. So now, if I have slip-on shoes, I have to take them off to drive.
