I had the nicest guy at Subway fix my sandwich today. Nevermind the fact that he couldn't remember what I told him moments before:
him: would you like cheese on that?me: no thank you
he reaches for the bread, cuts it open, starts to put cheese on it
him: did you want cheese?
me: no, thank you
He gave me a hard time about not having much on my sandwich. And then, because he felt like he owed me something (to make up for the lack of veggies on my sandwich?), threw in a free cookie! Yay me!
It's nice to have a smiling person help you. :)

Subway people piss me off. They don't listen. EVER.
They're too busy trying to impress you with their immense memory, but they can't remember anything you tell them.
They're like damned robots. "What else?" "What else?" "What else?" Jesus. Just let me friggin tell you and you shut your pie hole while I do that, mmkay Sanchez? Is that too hard to comprehend? You zip the lip, and I'll tell you what I want on my damned sandwich. "sandwich artist" my ass. More like "Scamwich artist."
